Refund and Cancellation Policy

2. Scope
This policy applies to all transactions processed through URIGHTCOMPANY FINANCE LIMITED’s payment services, including fiat and cryptocurrency payments, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
3. General Policy
Due to the nature of payment processing services, transactions are generally non-refundable once completed.
Refunds are only considered in specific cases such as:
– Duplicate transactions
– Technical or system errors
– Fraud or unauthorized activity (after investigation)
– Service delivery failure directly attributable to our platform
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to [email protected] and include:
– Transaction ID
– Date and amount of transaction
– Reason for the refund request
– Supporting evidence (if applicable)
5. Timeframe for Claims
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the transaction date.
Requests received after this period may be rejected.
6. Evaluation and Decision
All refund requests are reviewed by our compliance and risk teams.
If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is unfounded or violates this policy.
7. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions, refunds are only possible if:
– Funds were received in error
– There was a technical issue caused by our system
Crypto refunds may be subject to gas/network fees and market value fluctuations.
8. Chargebacks
URIGHTCOMPANY FINANCE LIMITED does not process chargebacks.
All disputes must be resolved directly between the client and us.
Improper chargeback attempts may result in service suspension and legal recourse.
9. Exceptions
This policy may not apply where specific contractual terms supersede it. Any such exceptions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
